As the next stage in our development, we seek to take our workforce planning capability to the next level, by focusing on the group’s future talent requirements to equip the group with the tools required to succeed not just today, but for years to come. We therefore recognize that the key driver of our success is how we acquire and manage talent.
This is a new position, created to support the Group Director of Human Resources in the development and implementation of an end-end talent strategy for implementation in our Head Office, Schools and Nurseries.
The successful individual will lead a small team responsible for developing and implementing strategy, frameworks and supporting systems across all the following areas, and sunseuently managing the day-to day operations of activities under this remit.
We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to research new developments in their field to innovate and try something new, but also someone with the experience and gravitas to drive change and influence senior leaders in the implementation of change.
The two non-negotiables in terms of experience for this role are design and implementation of a strategic workforce planning framework, including experience in design and delivery of whole company talent development programs, (including Hi-Po, succession planning, design & delivery of management / leadership development programs etc).
We cannot consider individuals without this experience, and individuals with only Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience cannot be considered.
