Requirements

To be considered for a role we are looking for candidates with:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role in the UK
  • Ideally experience leading in international schools
  • Bachelors degree from a reputed UK university
  • Masters degree (ideally MEd or similar)
  • NPQH or equivalent with an interest of progressing to Head of School
  • An exceptional track record of academic improvement or progress

Our roles therefore have a strong focus not just on academic and pastoral outcomes, but on community engagement and commercial development so our leaders will be expected to demonstrate how they have driven school enrolment growth in a competetive market, potentially with new school opening experience or extension of capacity in the independent sector.
